Proof of Concept Acknowledgement

3Wrkz acknowledges VNA's requirement in Section 11 of the RFP and Appendix A.7 to participate, if shortlisted, in an unpaid Proof of Concept (POC) as part of the finalist presentation process.

3Wrkz is willing and able to participate in that unpaid POC process. We understand that:

  1. the POC is for evaluation purposes only
  2. all POC costs are borne by the vendor
  3. the POC does not constitute a commitment by VNA

If selected as a finalist, 3Wrkz will work with VNA to align on the requested scenario scope, demonstration format, schedule, and any access or assumption constraints needed to prepare the POC effectively.
